Weekly Update

Grandpa Billec sent us this beautiful bird house that he made by hand:

Since it's so hot here, we decided to keep it inside:
(Thanks, Scrub!! We love it!!)

Tenley started hanging out in her pack-n-play while I do things such as: make the bed, brush my teeth, etc....

We had to drop it to the bottom because the lil' stinker started looking suspicious:

Baby is getting into everything and isn't happy playing with just one toy:

Her crawling skills are even improving:

She's getting so heavy that I give myself breaks by putting her in the carrier:
(She loves to nibble on the arms!)

Her hair is even starting to come in a lot more:

It's hard to believe that Courtney's little baby girl, Gracie, turned 2 this week!! To celebrate she had a Elmo pool party and we had a blast celebrating Grace's birthday and swimming in the pool:
(Happy 2nd Birthday, Gracie!!)

We also celebrated Ed's first Father's Day this weekend!

Until next week! :)

Magical Moments

The past 2 months have been extremely busy for us. Now that I'm caught up on things, I finally have the time to share Tenley's 6 1/2 month photos on my blog.

Hope you enjoy them as much as we do! :)

This may be my favorite picture of all time:

These are also just as precious:

After my Chunky Monk had a belly full of goodness she was ready for her photo shoot:

(A little back story about the rocking horse: when we flew to Ohio for Grandpa Ditata's funeral Ed helped clean out his house and found this miniature rocking horse. There is a old yellow sticker with the date Eddie was born on the bottom of the horse - 1984. It only seemed fitting that he take it to pass down to Tenley. It was the perfect prop for her photo shoot and sentimental, too!)

When discussing locations with our photographer, Chelsea, I told her to pick the place that would give us the "best memories" and she suggested we go to Calico Basin in Red Rock and we couldn't be happier with how the pictures turned out. We really got some magical moments captured and by the looks of the pictures you wouldn't even be able to tell that it was soo windy while we were taking the photos. I don't know what I'm going to do with all of these pictures because I love them all... my house is going to be a museum of Tenley's photos (thank goodness I love to look at her). We had such a blast with Chelsea and I'm so glad she was able to photograph our family again.

Thanks so much, Chels!!
