Little Miss Teddy Bear strutted her stuff in her silver tu-tu (and was totally obsessed with it):
She decided to take her climbing skills to a whole new level and can now stand on her Pooh chair. She also tries to hang from the blinds; which is really an issue:
(Ummm how adorable are her chunky thighs?!)
Since before Tenley was born my entire family has called her a "diva" and it suits her perfectly. She is such a faker and is oh SO dramatic. She does this fake cough thing and it is so funny. When I showed this video to Ed he made me play it over and over again. You gotta watch it:
Tenley and I went to Target to buy 'The Lorax'...
...and it came with a "Lorax Mustache" - SCORE!!
After Tenley slept watched 'The Lorax', she went to visit her bestie - Sofia:
Silly Goose is determined to climb the half wall in her playroom:
She got stuck under her play table... Luckily she brought her phone with her so she could call for help:
(FYI - This toy was about $45 and was worth every penny. It's Tenley's favorite toy and she's constantly crawling to it, walking around it, pounding on it, bouncing around on it, trying to climb on it and under it - it's just thee best toy ever. It has totally helped strengthen her leg muscles and it's so much fun. Definitely a MUST have!)
Tenley has been protesting her naps due to teething. Look at my sleepy girl after I gave up on her nap:
What to do when your baby refuses their nap?
Shop, of course.
Tenley picked out yet another Minnie Mouse doll:
Due to teething, she's been clenching onto her bink a lot these days:
Tenley is getting really good at standing on her own, but I can never get a picture of it because she's not good enough to where I could take a picture and trust her enough to not have both my hands ready to catch her. In the mean time, look how tall she is next to her play table:
Baby girl is still so, so, SO fond of her swing, but she is seriously outgrowing it:
While Daddy worked a 14 hour shift on Saturday, we went to Elle's first birthday party where Tenley had lots of fun playing with the pink balloons:
Elle was such a cutie chowin' down on her carrot cake:
Tenley must have really been missing her Daddy because she decided to be a lil' terror on the way home... Not only was she having a screaming fit the entire way home, but once we got home I had to cut that chunk's shirt off. At least she seemed to get a chuckle out of that:
Since I had such a rough day/night with Tenley, the following day had me feeling very down and missing my family and friends in Ohio. When you're having a rough day and your hubby isn't around the only thing you want is A.) your mom, B.) your siblings and family, or C.) your friends. All I wanted to do was call my mom to come get Tenley and go get a drink with a girlfriend so I could vent. Ohhh how different life really is. To lift my spirits the following day I dressed Tenley in a cute onesie and cleaned the house. Total stay-at-home-mom status. Anyways, at least Tenley was in a better mood and looked adorable:
While cleaning, I decided to box up T's Pooh bouncer and she begged me to keep it out...
...and quickly made a mess of her stuffed animals:
Her new thing is to pull the blinds by the front door and Pearl totally loves it:
What a hectic week... Ed started night school on Wednesdays, went to quick-care twice and worked 57 hours. We're both super exhausted from our jobs (yes, raising a tiny human 24 hours a day is totally a job). Needless to say, we're hoping next week is much more relaxing.
Until next week! :)
