This week marked the halfway point of my pregnancy. So much has happened in the past 20 weeks... from finding out that we are going to be parents, to becoming Spinner certified, Ed starting a new job, moving into our house, finding out we had a GIRL on the way, Ed getting a new car, etc. I've felt great throughout my pregnancy, but have had some struggles throughout the process. One horrible thing about being so far from your family is having no one to check in on you and offer you help and support when you need it the most (thank God for cell phones and modern day technology). Luckily, we are going home in a month to see our entire family and I am soooo excited to spend some much needed family and friend time with all of my Ohio loves. We are counting down the days to leave for Ohio, but have been keeping ourselves busy in the mean time.
Week 20 was an especially fun week for Eddie and I:
1) I bought this:
And let's just say (to put it nicely), I dominated Ed in the Michael Jackson Experience. I can literally play for hours and not get bored (especially when I win every time).
2) We celebrated Memorial Day by both being off and playing "tourists" on The Strip.
3) My friend Amanda gave birth to a beautiful baby girl.
Victoria Constance:
Seeing Ed hold her made my heart melt and I can not wait for our little girls to meet each other.
4) Since Ed had a Saturday off we decided to head to the M Resort to soak up some sun:
Then, Kasie came to join us and we both got fried sun-kissed.
5) Eddie and I have finally narrowed baby girl's name down to 2 choices! We are still a little undecided, but I think we will be able to make the decision by the time we go to Ohio to share the news.
This pregnancy has really made me realize that I have the best husband and that he cares so much about the baby and me. He does a good job at distracting me from things that are bothering me and always keeping me positive. He's going to be the best father, EVER.
Less than 20 weeks left! :)
