Best Tradition Ever

My favorite thing about the holidays?

Traditions.

One of my favorite Traditions?

"Light-Seeing" with the Espejo family.

I love this time of year because I love seeing the Christmas lights at night. Even Tenley lovesss Christmas lights. If she's being fussy we rock her in front of the tree and she stares at it and passes out. Thus, we may have to keep it up all year round...

So this past Sunday, we planned our traditional light-seeing night. We headed to the Espejo's to hang out and give Grace her gift before the light extravaganza began.

Our first stop on the trip was Ethel M Chocolates light show or as Isaac called it "FML's".

Since the light show was outside and Tenley just got over her cold, we kept her bundled up in the stroller and she slept the whole time. Someday I'll show her the photos since she missed out on the lights.

When we went light-seeing last year Grace was almost 6 months old so she was able to actually enjoy all the lights this year.

FML's Ethel M's gave us a lot of ideas for decorating our house and now I'm already anticipating decorating next year.

There was sooooo much COLOR!!

Then, we got some hot chocolate and headed to Quiver Point - a traditional stop on our light-seeing tour.

(GO STEELERS!!)

While driving around Quiver Point Tenley began to fuss and wanted her diaper changed so we stopped the car to change her and give her a peek at the lights.

Look how excited she was:

Our last stop was a house that lit up to music.

Pretty cool, huh?!

Last year, we didn't have a baby and Grace was so teeny tiny. This year, we had Tenley, Grace is a big girl and Courtney is having another baby girl... 2 3 baby girls in the car! It's amazing how much of a difference a year makes. We may have to rent a limo next year to fit all the car seats! We had so much fun and laughed thee entire time. No wonder it's one of my favorite traditions.

Tenley was pooped from all the lights and couldn't wait for bathie time, but Eddie had to steal lots of kisses from her first.

(THEY. MELT. MY. HEART.)

After bathie time Tenley passed out in daddy's arms.

Such a fun night!

BEST TRADITION E.V.E.R.!
