Weekly Update

We needed a new roof for awhile, but monsoon season really put the nail in the coffin with all of the leaks we had. The roofers started at 6:30am on Monday so we spent the morning running errands and T passed out in the car:

T insisted on wearing her new Uggs around the house:

We met up with the Venturino girls at Run Plus Fun and as soon as we both pulled up we noticed that we had dressed our girls in the exact same outfit (great minds think alike). Everyone thought they were sisters. I just love these girls:

On our way home, we picked up some new DVDs since T can't get enough of movies:

I decided to exchange Tenley's chesnut Uggs for black ones so we could match (I know, I'm lame) so we spent the morning exploring all the fountains at The Forum Shops; which really pooped my lil' munch out:

My mother-in-law finished Wes' blanket and started on Ev's:

Tenley woke up in a great mood on Tuesday and gave Purr lots of lovin':

Karina came over with the girls to watch T while I went and got a much needed 3 inches cut off my hair:
(Thanks so much Auntie Karina!!)

Tenley found much more fun things to do instead of napping on Wednesday:

We took Tenley to Disney Junior Live's Pirate and the Princess. She sat and danced so nicely for Sofia the First, but was ready to run around at intermission. While running around she made friends with soccer players and even ran into Gracie. Since our whole row was empty the Espejos came to sit with us in hopes that the girls would keep each other busy. Tenley had other plans and wanted to go to the stage so Ed took her and Grace. They got to stand in the front row for awhile until T tried to rush the stage. She's a troublemaker, that girl. Although the show wasn't as great as the Disney on Ice show we saw, it was still a really fun night:

Tenley woke up still excited about the fun stuff she got at Disney Junior Live and ran around the house in my Uggs:

I hit the 24 week mark in my pregnancy:

I went to Art in the Park with Frannie and Amanda. We got lots of cool things from jewelry to fun fall decor and decorations for their upcoming weddings. It was the perfect day to walk around, eat and laugh:

(If you look closely you'll see that the dog is wearing a cowboy hat!! Haha!)

Ed and I decided to take T to Art in the Park on Sunday since there was lots of stuff for kids to do, too. Tenley had fun walking around the neighborhoods, looking at all the beautifully unique homes. I swear being in Boulder City is a cross between California and Ohio- I love it and we want to move there eventually. We ran into Linds and her mom so Tenley was super stoked to see them and enjoyed a donut at the park (or should I say enjoyed the sprinkles and sugar?) until she had a sugar crash and began to fall asleep on Daddy's shoulders:
(I specifically want to live in this house! Even Tenley agrees cause she ran right onto the porch!)

Mainly, I went back to get these adorable snowman I saw on Saturday, but they were all sold out! Ed said he could make them so we'll see about that. My mother-in-law bought T these awesome quiet books that I told her I saw the day before and I just know they're going to be a big hit:

(Thanks Grammy!!)

We made our first of many trips to the pumpkin patch this month. Tenley was so excited to be able to go down all the big slides this year and made Ed go again and again. She then tried picking up every pumpkin and also gave them all bear hugs. She had the most fun playing "ring toss" with Daddy:

Did I mention I loveeee this time of year?!

Until next week! :)
