Pearl woke up in a great mood, per usual:
We took advantage of playing outside before the heat wave came so we sat on the patio and snacked on Tenley's new favorite snack- grapes:
Ed caught Tenley putting a diaper on Violet:
Ed found out he was going to have a few days off during the next few weeks so we decided to take Tenley to the Discovery Children's Museum Wednesday morning. Little did we know that they didn't open at 9am, like we thought. We tried to hang out around the museum for an hour, but the sun was scorching so we didn't make it the whole hour. We played in the grass for a bit, while Tenley found mini roses and just had to pick them to put behind our ears:
Since Ed had Thursday off, we took T to see the summer theme at the Bellagio Conservatory. Tenley loveddd the massive bird cage and was just fascinated with all the birdies. She tried picking all the flowers, of course, but she really enjoyed smelling the flowers the most:
Once we were done checking out the beautiful flowers, we checked out the lobby and chocolate fountain:
Ed was back to work Friday, so T and I headed to Target to get a few things before our play date with Lindsay and Isla. Tenley refused to leave Target without another play date pal- Clover:
After breakfast on Saturday, we headed to Run Plus Fun. Tenley swung from the bags and went down the big slides all by herself:
We had a sweet breakfast at Krispy Kreme on Sunday:
Since it was too hot to function outside, we headed to the mall to let T run around. We ended up playing hide and seek most of the time:
Until next time! :)
