Little Pumpkins

To celebrate the upcoming arrival of Wes and Ev, my amazing friend, Lindsay, put together a baby shower for them and planned it for the weekend when my mom, mother-in-law and aunt were in town.

I was beyond excited when I got the invitation for my little pumpkins:

Fall is my favorite time of year. I love seeing all the pumpkins and colorful leaves. Linds had her house decorated perfectly for the season; which just so happened to match the theme of the shower:

The girls played upstairs and watched football with Ed and Mase, while us girls ate all of Linds' yummy food and chit-chatted:

Thank you so much for making the twins shower so beautiful, Linds. You're beyond good to my family and we love you so much!

Looking back at this day I see how truly blessed we are to have such amazing people in our lives that enjoy celebrating the big milestones in our lives. I try to think of what we did to deserve such amazing family and friends and I can never come up with a reason. God has put these people in our lives for a reason and I am so grateful for them all. I love all of my girlfriends as if they were my sisters and I love their children as if they're my own. 

Our little pumpkins shower couldn't have been more perfect. Thanks to everyone who came and celebrated with us, especially the out-of-towners from Ohio, Colorado and Washington. We love you all and don't know what we'd do without you!
