We spent most of Monday morning playing on the kid's play mat:
The littles were super tired after playing; they both fell asleep while nursing and I cuddled my lil' snuggle bug, Wes:
We got ready to have a family photo taken by Amanda at Triple Vision Studios when Ed got home from work. Wes looked extremely adorable as I got him ready to leave:
Ev showed off her MASSIVE milk belly during bath time:
The twins snuggled in our bed that night:
All three kids played together nicely Tuesday morning (I bet this won't last for long):
After playing, the twins showed off their beautiful baby blues:
I rocked both babies to sleep in my arms and attempted to put them in Wes' crib after awhile, but it didn't last long and they fell back to sleep in their sleepers while Tenley looked over them and sang to them before her nap:
Tenley rocked brother after bath time:
Grandma Ditata bought Tenley Cinderella heels when she was here last time and Tenley was absolutely ob-sessed with them. Grammy decided to hide them before she left because she didn't want Tenley getting hurt in them while I was busy with the babies. Tenley found them and didn't hesitate putting them on and dressing up:
The babies napped while Tenley clicked her heels around the house:
We got the kids' awesome Valentine's together and put them in the mail:
(Visit Rice + Rye for all your paper needs.)
Tenley was in a great mood after nap time and the babies had fun on their play mat:
We received a package from Grandma and Grandpa Ditata so we FaceTimed them to open it since everyone was up and in a good mood. Tenley opened everyone's gifts, but she was most excited about her new Princess Sofia dress-up clothes:
Ev had her lil' tushie in the air while doing tummy time and looked so cute:
We FaceTimed with the Robbins and Ev hogged the phone:
I snuggled the little ones after our date with the Robbins:
Poor Tenley was suffering from constipation all week. I tried everything to help her...raisins, pears, apples, apple sauce, apple juice, prune juice, but nothing worked. The poor girl just cried ALL day and kept saying, "poo-poo". This made for a super long Thursday without Ed so I sent him this picture with the message, "Lord help us if she doesn't poop soon!!":
She forced Pearl to sit with her the entire day:
The twins dominated tummy time Friday morning:
(They're always holding hands.)
While they were doing tummy time, I couldn't help but notice how much Wes looked like Tenley. I mean, I really think they're the true twins of the family:
All the exercise really pooped them out:
Francesca came over and Wes showed her how he rolls over (already, I know!):
Tenley and Frannie danced to T's favorite song, "Let it Go", and Tenley showed Frannie how she throws snow around like Queen Elsa:
All of that playing with Auntie Frannie really tired Wes out. We seriously could not wake him for his bath:
The twins turned one month old!!
Ed got me the cutest and most delicious donuts from Dunkin Donuts:
(You have to try the cookie dough, brownie batter and cake batter...so delicious!)
The twins played and wore their adorable GAP hoodies:
Tenley and I made sugar cookies for our BFF's and had fun baking together for the first time. Evie even watched her big sister decorate the cookies. Tenley wasn't the biggest help since that goof kept making our delicious cookies disappear:
(Notice the pink utensil, Mom??)
We all hung out while waiting for the frosting to harden:
Once the frosting hardened, we put the cookies on adorable Valentine plates from Target:
All the cooking exhausted Evie Cakes because she didn't want to get up for bath time:
Until next week! :)
