Good Vibe Tribe

This year, on March 15th, I took my first Pure Barre class and instantly fell head over my high heels in love with everything about it. While going through the motions in class I kept thinking in my head how someday I would be a Pure Barre Instructor. I know it's crazy to say, but I instantly felt like this was what I was supposed to do. I've done so many workouts in the past and never noticed a change in my body like I have with Pure Barre. Pure Barre is nothing like any other workout and it's always changing so your body can keep evolving. It's not about being skinny or perfect, it's about being stronger than you were yesterday. Plus, it doesn't hurt that everyone there is pretty awesome. It's seriously the most encouraging community I've ever found and I just know it came into my life for a reason. Here we are 6 months later and the Pure Barre Henderson owners just sent me on a trip of a lifetime- to Pure Barre's Training Center in Denver!

It was a whirlwind weekend that I will never forget. I was tucking and pulsing like a machine for hours and loved every second of it. I was reluctant to share this news with people because I was worried I'd give up or fail, but after this weekend I know that is absolutely impossible. I met so many girls that were nothing but positive and wanted the best for each other. Women encouraging women. Like, "don't worry girl, you got this! Take a breath and shake those nerves off!" These girls were totally the creators of the Good Vibe Tribe. The room was full of nothing but encouragement and love for Pure Barre and empowerment. I left feeling so rejuvenated and motivated. I can not wait until I have that mic on and am walking around the room like a shark as I make people's muscles shake.

I can not thank Michelle and Cassi enough for believing in me and helping me not feel overwhelmed throughout this journey. They are seriously the sweetest, most encouraging women I've met and are such an inspiration. Also, I couldn't have done it without Ed's constant encouragement and support. It was amazing to have him, family and friends sending me supportive messages throughout the day. Knowing people had my back was what pushed me; which is exactly what Pure Barre is all about.

If you are ready to commit to being stronger or may need encouragement- stop by Pure Barre Henderson to start your transformation. I promise you will never regret having 55 minutes to yourself.

See you at the Barre, Henderson!
