Weekly Update

I went to bed with a migraine on Sunday and woke up with it Monday morning. To add to my migraine, Tenley and Wesley were being super naughty. Luckily Ev was being an angel, as always. We stayed home and laid low all morning:

(His smile is so deceiving...)

After a nap, I was feeling much better and picked up Amy on my way to PB. While walking in Amy looked at me and said, "is this real life?", so naturally we had to take a selfie to prove it was indeed real life:

Tuesday morning, we met Grandma Cath, Grammy Sophie and Aunt Loolie at Kangamoo where we had so many laughs together! Seeing my mom running laps with the kids made my heart SO happy:

We sent Daddy the pics of the kids in their hard hats and Daddy sent us one of him at work; which made the kids so happy:

While the twins rested, Tenley got Grandma Cath, Grammy Soph and Aunt Loolie all to herself. Of course they had to have a tea party before they left and Tenley was in her glory:

A week with my family was not nearly enough. Saying goodbye is never fun. Especially for Wes and Ev because they don't quite understand what "living in Ohio" means so I'll be explaining to them for weeks how they'll not be coming over because they're back home. I'm so glad they were all able to come and make these memories with us, though. We had a blast and miss all three SO much already! Come back soon- we love you!!

Due to being so busy for a week, we took advantage of not having anything to do Wednesday and played at home:

We haven't seen the Holmes crew in such a long time so Tenley was ecstatic when they came over Thursday morning! Ev was more excited about the donuts Stevie brought:

I gave the kids an early bath Saturday afternoon because Ed and I had a weeding to go to that evening. Wes refused to get out of the tub and I couldn't get mad because he looked so cute:

Before we left for the wedding, Tenley asked if she could take a picture of us and she did a really good job! I especially love Wes in the background:

Wes was jealous and wanted to give it a try...thumb and all:

The wedding was beautiful and they were so in love. The ceremony was so profound. He kept saying, "a husband should love his wife just as Jesus loves the church." When we left the wedding we walked out to a beautiful view and I felt extremely lucky to have Ed by my side:

I taught two classes Sunday morning and left feeling great! I had a new couple come in and after class they thanked me for making them feel like I gave them a "one-on-one experience". He also said he tried 6 pilates studios recently and that I was the best teacher he had; which had me on cloud nine! I know it's weird, but I totally feel like I'm having an outer body experience while I teach. I LOVE it so much; such a great way to start the day:

After teaching I rushed to meet the rest of the fam at the park for Alena's 4th birthday! It was a hot, but breezy and beautiful day. We had a blast celebrating the birthday girl:

(Happy birthday, Lena! We love you peanut!)

After the party we spent the rest of the day relaxing at home. Ev was being so silly that I had to record her sweet little voice:

Until next time! :)
