Grandma and Grandpa D are in Vegas!
We started the week by celebrating our 2 year wedding anniversary!! <3
Baby got down on some homemade pears and lovedddd them:
Okay, so pears are T's favorite so far, but they're not mine. Reason being...
I know, right?! This was the result of a 5 day back-up caused by acorn squash, but still. Let's just say she needed a bath after this one. My in-laws walked in the house while I was finishing up giving T a bath and my mother-in-law cleaned the floor and walker for me so I could still make my spin class in time. Reason #9853257023985 why I love having family in town!
T was back to normal and insisted on running around the house with her BFF...
...and went bananas when we watched the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse:
(This pretty much sealed the deal on her first birthday party theme!!)
She woke up with some wicked bed head:
Her love fest with the wagon continued; however she HATES to share the wagon with Pearl and yanks her hair until she hops out! This is her yelling at Pearl to get out:
Tenley really kicked up her new growling phase this week:
When Ed got off work on Thursday, we went to Shirley and John's for T's first pool experience. Let's just say, we have a little fish on our hands! She's absolutely lovessss the water. Just like her Mommy always has.
Look how cute she was in her little Pooh swimmer:
We kept telling her she was going in "The Big Bath Tub" and she was so excited:
She dangled her piggies in and was splish splashin' them around like a cutie:
We had TOO much fun with our lil' bathing beauty:
Even the water splashing in her face didn't phase her:
She loved floating around on her elephant raft from Grandma Cathy:
I'm so glad Tenley liked the pool because now we're going to have to go swimming every weekend!
Baby turned 7 months old this weekend... can you believe it?!
I taught Tenley to wave when I say, "Beauty Pageant Wave":
We hung out with T before my in-laws watched her for the night while we had a much needed night out with our friends:
T got dressed up to hang out with her grandparents on their last day in town:
"Beauty Pageant Wave":
CUTEST. THING. EVER.
Baby was pooped after her Grandma and Grandpa D headed back to Ohio, but she perked up for bath time and even wanted to help out:
Until next week! :)
