Ev is still just the sweetest little thing. I just picture her being this proper little girl who calls me 'mommy' her entire life. She is so chill and content. She is very observant, but if she focuses on something long enough she will fall asleep, especially if she's looking at the ceiling fan. She is very good at following objects with her head. She is still a really good sleeper and loves to sleep in. She also loves to play on her play mat and enjoys doing tummy time, unlike her baby bro. She loves when I shake her rattles for her. She makes a lot of noises and likes to blow bubbles. She has really changed this month and is starting to fill out a bit. She finally has cheeks; which makes me so sad. My little baby girl is getting big...please stay small forever, Evie Cakes!!

Oh my, does this boy have a personality!! If you even glance at him he cracks the biggest smile. I swear he could light up the darkest room with that smile of his. He laughs and is so close to a belly laugh that I just know will make my ovaries explode soon. Aside from smiling non-stop, he is still waking up pretty early. Probably because he is eating non-stop. He hates doing tummy time so he'll just instantly roll right over. He prefers to lay on his back and kick his feet like a maniac. He is fascinated with toys that make noise or that light up. Moose absolutely loves bath time. In fact, he loves it so much that he does the bicycle motion the entire time while smiling and splashing sister- it is hilarious. (Don't worry Moosey, I taped it so I can show you/embarrass you when you're older.) I'm so grateful to have this handsome boy to put a smile on my face everyday!
The babies sat in their Bumbos for the first time this month and did well in them. Ev seemed to like it better than Wes, but they both did well with holding their heads up. Like their big sister, the babies like watching movies. They are fascinated with all the colors and music on the TV, but I'm trying to not get them hooked like Tenley is. Since the weather has been so nice we've been playing outside with Tenley a lot. The babies have been hanging out in their pack n play on the patio or in the garage and they love being outside. The babies have been sleeping in their cribs for their first long stretch of sleep at night, then they come into our bedroom and sleep in their Rock n Play Sleepers. As they get older they show more and more interest in each other. Ev is always starring at Wes while she's nursing and Wes is always smiling at her when he's playing. You can really tell that they admire each other. Now that they are making noise and showing expressions, Tenley has really gotten a lot more into them as well. She always gives them hugs and kisses, tells me when they're crying, plays peek-a-boo with them, tells me when they need "jews" (juice a.k.a. milk). Her big sister skills have really come a long way this month. The three of them just melt my heart.
Having twins gets harder as the months go on. The less and less they sleep during the day the more exhausted I get (and the more coffee I require to function), but my job continues to get more and more rewarding with every waking moment and I wouldn't change a single moment of it for anything!
Happy three month birthday, Everly and Wesley!!
