Monday marked 100 days of Tenley being in Kindergarten and I can't believe it! She was so excited to wear the shirt she made and was hoping hearts fell off her shirt throughout the day so she could "leave a little love all over school":
While Tenley was off scattering love at school, the babes and I went to Barnes and Noble-- our favorite place! GiGi sent the twins Barnes and Noble gift cards for their birthday; which always gets them excited. I love going and reading all the books and picking out our favorites. We ended up picking these three:
(Thanks, GiGi and Grandpa Ed!! We love you!!)
Tenley had a great day celebrating her 100th day of school and brought home lots of fun 100 crafts and a goal for 2018 to be able to "red" all her sight words (already accomplished, babe!):
Every time I work late I come home to a picture or sweet letter from Tenley. I found this one extremely funny! I know she meant home is WHERE Mom and Dad are...right? Definitely going to keep this one:
On my way to volunteer Tuesday morning, I spotted Tenley's llama in the hallway:
Tenley loves passing lists and gets giddy every time. She begged for a hug in between every list and made it all the way to phrase list 11:
The twins learned about the letter 'D' Tuesday morning and made dog puppets:
Tenley came home with a note from her friend, Harrison, at school:
Wes did awesome at hockey Tuesday evening and even got to kick around a puck:
He's getting the hang of moving on the ice, but without a stick he doesn't quite understand what to do with the puck. I was cracking up when he just swatted it in with his hand like an ape:
I had to wake Ev up to take Tenley to school Wednesday morning and girlfriend was passed out:
We got to drop-off early and had a dance party in the car:
Since Cassi is such a gem she had me bring the kids to the studio so she could take them to Starbucks while I took class. After class, the kids helped our clients put their mats away, then had some fun:
That evening Cassi and I took Amy's cycle class at Cycle Bar. She was amazing on the mic and made me sweat so much-- thanks for the great ride, Amy:
The theme of Ev and Wes' school program this year is The Olympics and they had fun painting the rings on Thursday and making torches on Friday:
After school, we made lunches and ate in the backyard because the weather was perfect:
I stole Wes' sunglasses because the sun was beaming down on us and he was off kicking rocks:
I taught 4 classes Saturday so I had to miss cheer and dance class. I was so bummed, but luckily Lyndsey sent me some videos of T doing her thing:
I had a break between my 3rd and 4th class so I met Ed and the kids for lunch at 'Rachel's Kitchen':
After teaching a double on Sunday, we went to celebrate Sailor's 3rd birthday. The kids were so excited and couldn't wait to play with their friends:
We brought the plasma cars and the kids loved racing each other down the hill:
The dinosaur piƱata was a real hit:
(Happy birthday, Sailor Rose!! We love you!!)
Until next week! :)
