Tenley was exhausted from her grandparents visit last week:
When she finally woke up, we went to Hidden Falls Park:
Tuesday was our 3 year wedding anniversary!! Can you believe it? It seems like our wedding day was just yesterday. Now it's 3 years and 1 daughter later. I am so blessed to have been able to marry my best friend. He does so much for Tenley and I and sacrifices so much for us. I don't know what I would do without him. I just love this man:
I tried to pass the day by quickly because I was giddy to see Ed for our anniversary, so Tenley and I started the day off with a wagon ride all around our neighborhood:
She insisted on making Pearl sit in her Baby's stroller with her:
When Ed got home he brought me these pretty flowers:
Then, we grilled some fillets and ate on the patio. While getting the sides ready inside, I finally figured out why our sliding glass doors are always so dirty:
We met some of our besties at Hidden Falls Park:
Tenley took a super long nap after the park:
Wednesday was Eddie's last day of night school until the end of August. I can't believe that as of July he will be considered a "5th Year Apprentice" for the Sheet Metal Union. I couldn't be more proud of him!! Since I was being lazy that night, I made Tenley and I turkey sausage hot dogs and sweet potato fries for dinner and baby girl insisted on eating her hot dog just like mommy. She is such a big girl:
She played in her coupe outside and took it off-roading:
She lovessss to swing like a big kid:
Karina agreed to watch T while Ed and I went to dinner (it's easy to get a prego to babysit...all she wanted in return were Reese cups). She brought Sofia over and played with the girls while Ed and I went on a anniversary/school's out for the summer date:
(We went to the new Wahoo's thinking it was a restaurant. It wasn't. It wasn't good either. NOTHING like Cafe Rio!)
Tenley discovered how to get her Tinkerbell movies on quicker:
My friends, Chelsea and Karina, knew of each other from Well Rounded Momma so I finally got us all together for a play date at Acacia Park and we all had a blast:
Needless to say, it pooped Tenley Bear out:
She woke up from her nap in a super good mood:
She snacked on pretzel rods, a new fav:
Silly girl insisted on wearing Daddy's work socks around the house:
Chelsea told me about these amazing donuts from KD Doughnuts so on our way home from Egg Works on Saturday we swung by and picked up a dozen:
(Most delicious things EVER! Ate 5 by noon. Thanks for that, Chels!!)
When we got home, Tenley ran around the neighborhood eating a blueberry donut and drove while eating, as well:
She found her wig in the garage and had to wear it:
T and Daddy took a nap together:
We went on the little hike at Hidden Falls Park and enjoyed the views:
Baby girl turned 19 months old on Sunday so we bought her some playdough and she loved it:
She played with chalk in her wagon and went nuts:
We swung on her swing set:
She tried to eat the entire rotisserie chicken from Costco for dinner:
During bath time she showed us all of Elmo's body parts and I couldn't believe how much she has grown...her feet touch the side of the tub when she sits:
(Please stop growing, little one!)
Until next week! :)
