Weekly Update

Tenley learned all about the letter 'E' Monday morning:

Tuesday was the twins turn to work on their 'e''s:

While Ev and Wes were in school, I went to get my hair done with Tenley. She had a blast playing with Fable in the salon and even got treated to a massive cookie:

The birthday cards started to roll in for Tenley and she was so excited:
(Thanks Grammy Sofie!! Love you so much!!)

The twins and I spent Wednesday morning running errands, including getting Wes' 4th haircut:

Tenley made a 'Shape Haunted House' and worked on the letter 'e' some more at school:

The twins haven't napped forever so of course it was just my luck that Ev fell asleep when we picked up Tenley. Luckily, she let me transfer her to my bed, for once:

The weather has been so beautiful and much cooler so we spent the evening playing outside:

The twins had a rough Wednesday night. After going in their room several times, I let them cry for a hot second, then walked into Ev screaming about how brother smacked her in the face (and scratched her) and Wes yelling with his pants down because Ev ripped them down and ripped his pull-up while trying to tackle him. Ev made her way into our bed, as usual, and finally slept peacefully (at least one of us did!):

Tenley woke up in a good mood Thursday morning because she knew she only had two more days until Grammy and Pop Pop arrived for her birthday party:

Tenley and I spent the morning at the park and had so much fun together. I just love our alone time together. She has grown so much this year and is such a blast to be around:

Ev and Wes also made 'Shape Haunted Houses' and Ev thought hers was the "pookiest":

While Tenley and Wesley "relaxed" in their rooms, Ev let me practice teaching her some Pure Barre moves:

The bed hog striked again early Friday morning and I can't get over how much room she is starting to take up:

Tenley just loves school so much! Her and her friends color pictures for each other constanly, but Tenley was extremely in love with this jeweled picture of Nahal that Fable made her:

I practiced teaching a class and left feeling defeated, but came home to the sweetest surprise! I couldn't survive without Ed's (or the kids) constant support:

Tenley's 5th birthday party was Saturday afternoon and it was so much fun! After the party we came home and played with every single new toy she got:
(Thanks again to everyone who spoiled T with love and all the Ever After High toys of her dreams!)

My in-laws spent the night; which just made the day even better. The twins snuck out to Pop Pop's "bed" and read bedtime stories with him:

We spent our Sunday afternoon at Lake Las Vegas' Fall Festival (I have no idea why it's called that since there were literally 10 other people at Lake Las Vegas that day). The place may have been dead, but the kids really loved the corn pile. There wasn't much to keep them entertained so we walked around and enjoyed the beautiful scenery:

Until next time! :)
